Bangkit Mahanantiyo, S.H., M.H. is the Managing Partner as well as the Founder of Solidarity Law Office. He earned his Bachelor of Law degree from Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang and his Master of Law degree from Diponegoro University Semarang, while further strengthening his qualifications through various professional legal education and training programs. He has also been officially sworn in as an Advocate before the High Court of Semarang.

Throughout his professional career, he has built extensive experience in handling a broad range of legal matters, both through litigation and non-litigation mechanisms, while providing legal services to both individual and corporate clients. Prior to establishing Solidarity Law Office, he served as a Public Defender at LBH Keadilan Bogor Raya, worked as an Expert Staff Member for the PAN-PSI Faction of the Semarang City Regional House of Representatives from 2019 to 2024, and later served as Chairman of the Regional Executive Board of PSI Semarang City for the 2024/2026 period.

In addition to his legal practice, Bangkit is also active as an instructor in Special Advocate Profession Education programs and as a speaker in several academic activities. His areas of expertise include criminal law, civil law, state administrative law, and public administration law.

Sonny Hendrawan, S.H., is an Advocate at Solidarity Law Office who completed his Bachelor of Law degree at Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang with the distinction of Best Graduate, and is currently pursuing his Master of Law degree at Diponegoro University Semarang. He further developed his professional competence as an Advocate through the Special Advocate Profession Education program at FHP Law School Jakarta and has been officially sworn in as an Advocate before the High Court of Semarang.

He has a proven professional track record in handling a wide range of legal matters, both litigation and non-litigation, and in providing legal services to individual as well as corporate clients. Beyond his legal career, Sonny is also currently entrusted as an Expert Staff Member for the PSI Faction of the Semarang City Regional House of Representatives for the 2024/2029 period. Before joining Solidarity Law Office, he practiced in several law firms and was involved in strategic cases with a high degree of complexity.

In addition to his legal practice, Sonny also participates in academic activities as a speaker in several events. His expertise covers civil law, banking law, bankruptcy law, and criminal law.

Andika Prasetia Sinaga, S.H., is an Advocate at Solidarity Law Office. He obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang and is currently pursuing his Master of Law degree at the University of Semarang. He further enhanced his professional competence through the Special Advocate Profession Education program organized by the Master of Law Program of Diponegoro University in collaboration with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), and has been officially sworn in as an Advocate before the High Court of Semarang.

He possesses professional experience both in several law firms and as a Corporate Legal practitioner. With solid experience in handling various legal matters, both in litigation and non-litigation, he also has strong competence in providing legal advice to individual and corporate clients. Alongside his professional activities, Andika is also active in various academic engagements.

His areas of focus include employment law, civil law, criminal law, business law, corporate compliance, and licensing.
